—Reinforces Mental Skills Training

—Learn to take care of your body

—Learn how to prevent injuries through mobility

—Technical and Tactical Training at 6,500 feet with a maximum 15:1 Player to Coach ratio

—For each 1000 feet in elevation increase, athletes lose 3% oxygen. In Tahoe at 6,500 feet, athletes lose nearly 20% of their oxygen — this makes their bodies work harder to complete the same activities; therefore becoming stronger & more fit.

—Players leave with strong lungs optimizing their performance when they return to normal elevations.

—Field Training, Beach Soccer, & Futsal all week
